Masalon Se Likhi Har Ghar Ki Kahani
Some brands begin in boardrooms. Ours began beside a chakki.
Since 2001
MM1 Spices was born in a kitchen, not as a business idea but as a mother's quiet refusal to accept what spices had slowly become. For more than 20 years, she ground masale the traditional way for her family, using pure ingredients and slow grinding, the way it had always been done. Not because it was fashionable, but because that was simply how food should be.
Over time, the market outside that kitchen began to change. Machines replaced patience. Bright colours replaced natural ones and adulteration slowly became normal. Haldi started looking fluorescent, mirch was stretched with fillers, and spices were labelled as coming from India but nowhere specific.
She noticed these changes quietly. And in that gap between what she made and what the market sold, her son Parv, saw something worth protecting.
So in 2025, he decided to take what his mother had been doing for two decades and make it available to every kitchen in India. Not by reinventing it, but by protecting it. With her standards, her instincts and her belief that masale should be exactly what they claim to be. That belief became MM1 Spices.
Masale should be exactly what they claim to be. That belief became MM1 Spices.
