REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At MM1 Spices, we stand by the quality of every pack we deliver.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product at the time of delivery, you may request a replacement immediately. In case you are unavailable at the time of delivery, concerns must be raised within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.

To help us understand the issue better and improve our service, it is mandatory to share clear images of the product packet and the concern.

In cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged packaging
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product quality concerns

We will replace the product packet with a new one.

Please note:

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.
  • Only product replacement will be provided where applicable.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, locked premises, or refusal to accept the order, the order amount remains non-refundable. Re-shipping charges may apply.

No cancellations are accepted once the order has been placed.
