MM1 Pani Puri Masala

Ingredients

Serves 2–3 people

For the Pani
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cups chilled water
  • 1 tbsp MM1 Pani Puri Masala
  • 1/2 tsp MM1 Kala Namak
  • Salt to taste
  • Ice cubes
Chef's Tip Use very cold water and let the pani rest for a few minutes so the masala, mint, and coriander blend properly.

Method

Follow these steps for the best results

1

Blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, and a little water into a smooth, aromatic paste. This fresh blend forms the heart of the pani and gives it that signature bright green colour.

2

Transfer it into a large bowl or jug and pour in chilled water. Add MM1 Pani Puri Masala, MM1 Kala Namak, lemon juice, and salt as needed. Stir thoroughly so every element blends together evenly.

3

Let it chill for 15 to 20 minutes before serving, allowing the flavours to settle and intensify.

4

Serve cold with crisp puris, spiced potato filling, and boondi if desired.
