Method
Follow these steps for the best results
Marinate the chicken with curd and MM1 Tandoori Masala for at least 30 minutes. This gives it that lightly smoky, restaurant-style flavour.
Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the chicken pieces until lightly charred and almost done. Remove and keep aside.
In the same pan, add butter and sauté the onions until soft and golden. Add the ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute, then pour in the tomato puree.
Let it cook slowly until the gravy thickens and the butter begins to separate. Add MM1 Butter Chicken Masala, MM1 Kashmiri Laal Mirch, MM1 Kesari Haldi, and salt, allowing the spices to roast gently for a minute.
Add the cooked chicken back into the gravy and let it simmer for 5 to 6 minutes so the flavours come together beautifully. Finish with fresh cream, crushed kasoori methi, and fresh coriander.
Creamy, rich, and full of restaurant-style indulgence, this is comfort food at its finest.
